Upper KS2 Teacher
The post is 0.3 FTE (Thursday pm and Friday full day) to work as a job share in a Y5 class
All Saints is a small, friendly church school located in the heart of North Hykeham. We take great pride in our ethos, of growing together and valuing everyone.
Warm and welcoming, the school helps children and adults alike to ‘value everyone and grow together’. The school’s strong sense of belonging and identity is reflected in all they do. Leaders have created a culture where children and adults know they are highly valued. They feel proud to be a part of it. They are treated well and, as a result, they aspire to contribute and treat others well too. Leaders recognise, nurture and encourage the talents of staff members, allowing tailored professional development and internal career progression. Many staff return to the school having tried other things because they miss the sense of value.
